Fri PAD is working in the field of social mobilization & community development, conflict transformation & peace building, food security and value addition, water supply & sanitation, environmental protection, and skill development & income generation with its motto:

"Struggle with poverty together for sustainable development and social justice".

Fri PAD has been working as an active partner of dozens of Governmental Agencies, national and international organizations since its establishment.

International organizations such as UNDP, OXFAM, DANIDA, CCO/CIDA, Helvetas, Plan International; and many of the Governmental Agencies are the major partners of the organizaiton.
