Vision:Fri PAD envisions a democratic, self-reliable, equitable and sustainable Nepalese society.

Mission: Access of the deprived communities to all sectors of policy making and implementation levels in order to protect and promote their rights, authority and dignity through economic, social, educational and political development by awareness raising, organizational building and empowerment at the grass root level.

Goal: Lead to equitable and sustainable development resulting improved livelihoods of the poor, vulnerable, and socially excluded communities
